If there is a zero star, I would have given it to them. Can't even draw up a simple employment contract. Missing simple things like annual leave, termination clause etc. They won't correct their mistake unless you pay more!!! Absolutely ridiculous and waste of your time and money. When you first go in, it's all good and over promising of what they can do for you. However, when things don't go well, they stop replying emails all together and won't correct their mistake or reply to your email unless you pay more! Even though, the fault is on them to begin with! I spent close to $2500 on a useless employment contract which I can't even use! If they can't even draw up a basic employment agreement contract, I don't really know what CAN they do! Stop wasting your time here it's not worth it!

Beware buyers, this firm is in my opinion a third tier practice with poor customer service and quality of services. Unresponsive (not due to COVID) and desperate to make you pay for any service or simple question not considered in scope of “Conveyancing”. I.e. you receive a phone call from P&B lawyers in regards to a simple question you may have raised many days ago, their aim is to convince you that you confirm on the spot you’d like to have your question resolved via a meeting (without verbally advising their fees). This is then followed up by an email later on with the fees advised (but not at the time of the phone call), in my case $900-$2000 for a 30 min meeting (I declined). Not a conduct I expected from a law firm. At times P&B made me feel they were working for the vendor instead of purchaser. You have been warned.
