ZERO STARSPosted this on a different website so reposting it here...I had Mike's Carpets booked in to rip up and install new floors in my apartment yesterday. I could not get an answer regarding arrival time from them apart from a two hour window (from 9am to 11am). It was not until well after 11am that I was informed that no one would be arriving today but they would reschedule.I am 6-months pregnant and it's the week before Christmas - I had to take the day off work so that the floors could be redone.Now I can't get an exact time for the reschedule so with all the stress on myself and the baby, I have decided to request a refund.Unfortunately, I have not received one response to my request for a refund. If I do not hear back from them today, I will need to make an application to VCAT.More stress on me and the baby!!I cannot say how dissapointing this is, especially at this time.
