We chose this company based on their good reviews, however it seems that they’re only 5 star service if everything goes to plan.First the door was made in the wrong colour at fault of their own, so a week later the correct colour door was installed, but we’re left with a great big gap at the top and they want another $400 for a pelmet, which should’ve been included as quoted by Chris.Instead, the timber rafter of our garage roof was cut into to fit the door in, and they didn’t even bother to inform us first.To top it off, steel offcuts and the motor packaging were left in the garage for us to dispose of.No reply to our email after we asked for a resolution.Would not recommend this company.
