We are really disappointed with admin side of things (Shirley Bowman) just a really bad experience from lack of communication & trying to book & make payment. We are still waiting on a Certificate that was paid for & conducted in October 2022 - we are in April 2023. I have followed this up multiple times - often just ignored, then asked to pay again as they dont have a record to which I have to send a second time. Issue still not resolved. Teacher who trained our technician is fabulous!*** 6 months later receiving the certificate *** - after at least 10 follow ups and sending proof of purchase twice over this timeframe - A really disappointing reply from your business, a reflection of the issues we have experienced

Dive Courses were presented by a VERY experienced Instructor in fact over 35 years as a dive Instructor made the course much better and learned the old fashioned way to dive he also does First Aid courses and Boat license courses not bad

Glen was amazing he really gives you the truth on how important it is to understand CPR & first aid his energy and enthusiasm makes it fun and easy to understand what he is teaching!I will see you in 12 months Glen please continue to do what you do best!!!

Did the express first aid and cpr training.Admin was efficient.Online content was easy to use and understand.The trainer conducting the practical side of the course was amazing. He was very knowledgeable (having been in the industry for yonks) which made learning the practical content very easy, enjoyable and easily retainable.I highly recommend this business.
