The staff were lovely in helping us with our sick kitty. Very empathetic and gave us options and direction to fix the issues. Definitely didn't feel like my time was being wasted, both nurses and vets are on the same page making information in the workplace flows productively.

Today we witnessed a cruel injury to a seagull beside the harbour, perpetrated by an irresponsible bicyclist who just rode on. Perhaps oblivious. We took the bird, then dying, to the Vets at Cooks Hill Vet - we are clients with a number of household pets - and as always the assistance was courteous, professional, humane, sensitive and entirely proper. We commend this Practice, and recommend the Practice wholeheartedly. Caring and aware of our duty and responsibility to those who depend upon us. Thank you.
