The Gentle Farewell

Simonne thank you for your compassion & care. Our baby girl Zara crossed the bridge at home with us by her side in her favourite place snoring away relaxed & at peace.Thank you for giving her the best care & love on her final journey & making it possible for her to take that journey at her home ❤️

When we had to say goodbye to our beloved Leo, we called Dr Simonne who we could not rate highly enough. Highly recommended to help make a difficult time as comforting as possible for you and your pet.

Highly recommend The Gentle Farewell when you are ready to bring peace to your fur friend. It was comforting that I could lay beside my boy on his favourite bed as he fell asleep. He was happy as he closed his eyes and that brought me and my husband so much comfort. Of course we were both extremely sad to say goodbye but we had the comfort knowing he had no fear or confusion. Simonne is the loveliest and most sincere person you will ever meet.

Simonne was wonderful , she came to our house on a Saturday morning early, as we were working that day . It was one of the hardest things for me and my hubby to send our fur baby off to sleep, Simonne gave us the time and understanding and let us do it our way. We would highly recommend Simonne .

Last week we had to make the extremely difficult and heartrending decision to say goodbye to our beloved and faithful companion for over 14 years, Mocha.We were able to say goodbye at home with Mocha lying in the autumn sun on her favourite spot on the verandah. She remained calm, and slipped away peacefully in a familiar setting surrounded by her human family and her dog siblings. Although it was a very sad time, Dr Simonne was wonderful. She was gentle and caring, and it was very obvious how much she loves animals. Thank you so much Dr Simonne for being so kind.

Simonne was absolutely amazing with our girl Skye when the time came. From the first phone call Simonne showed nothing but compassion. Very gentle and caring, taking the time to explain the process and ensure we were all prepared. Seamless process, even down to the liasing with Sunshine Coast Pet Crematorium. Thank you so much xx

We sadly had to make the hardest decision we have ever had to make, to put our beautiful little Ella to sleep. Dr Simonne was amazing, she was comforting, patient and explained everything that was going to happen.It really made a huge difference to such a horrible day. The end for Ella was so peaceful. Dr Simonne was absolutely wonderful before during and after saying farewell to my beautiful little girl Bubbles. Her whole approach was beautiful.
