Green Bamboo Massage
I went to their shop.. I was feeling back pain.. I asked 2 of them about massage but they didn’t respond. They didn’t greet me and my wife. It was so unprofessional. I asked again, suddenly new customer arrive there.. they were outside looking on price board. What happened next both persons went outside left me inside without informing. They made me feel like racism. With those new customers who were still outside they were talking very nicely and greet them. But with me, no greet even no answers of my questions. How can I go to this place again. They just made my day very bad.

Just had a massage here. Very very poor service.The person giving the massage fell asleep 3x whilst massaging.. shouldn’t it be the other way round!?

Green Bamboo Massage
I had a great neck, shoulder and back massage to help with pain from an injury. I've never been here before and was very happy with the service. No fancy uniforms and million dollar shop fitout, but the quality of the massage was 10/10 and to me that's what's important! I'll be back

I went in after getting a massage days before from another place and being left in significant pain. The service was terrific, wonderful communication and checking in on the customer, and the massage itself was amazing. Thank you for such a welcoming and satisfying service, this will be my go to!

Very very very poor communication. They don’t know how to deal with customers. If someone come to your shop if you are not asking what you need, and even you are not looking at your customer.. how you feel? They were just doing their own work..I was the one who speaking.. they were not listening to me. So I had to left the place without massage due to their behaviour.

Massage itself was amazing. The atmosphere could’ve been more relaxing though I know it’s a busy shopping centre but all I could focus on was kids screaming and people talking. Would’ve been nice if there was music playing and a fan going as it was quite hot. The workers were nice but didn’t talk much but when they did (sometimes) I couldn’t understand them and they couldn’t understand me which was hard.
