We had a leak in a pipe near the water meter, mixed in with tree roots in a really bad spot. Adam came within two hours. He traced the pipe, found the leak, fixed it, reinstalled a tap that was in a bad location, and installed a hose for us, all same-day and for less than the first quote we got just to fix the pipe. Great service, highly recommend.

Adam turned up on time, assessed the problem and since we needed new taps suggested possible shops while he attended another job.New bought our choice of taps and he promptly returned that afternoon to install.The job was done quickly and cleanly.

I contacted the Pied Plumber as I was having issues with a leaking kitchen sink and the water supply to the bathrooms. Adam was able to assist me that afternoon and did a fantastic job, staying until everything was functioning to his high standards. I really appreciate the effort Adam put in replacing all the defective plumbing, staying until after 9:30pm. I will definitely use the Pied Plumber again and can't recommend them highly enough.

Pied Plumber came out immediately and solved our leaking water line, fully explaining all the options and the expected price. He reduced the price when the work didn't end up being as difficult as expected. They were courteous, friendly and prompt, and I will definitely use them again.

He fixed our blocked drain and gave me all the proper ways to keep the house well maintained in regards to our plumbing. We are sincerely grateful for the superb service; from the lovely lady who took our initial call, to Adam attending and fixing our plumbing issue. Mums hot water system died over night causing flooding, and she also had a blocked kitchen drain to add to her mayhem. Adam was quick to arrive on the day we called. The hot water service was replaced and drains unblocked. Adam took the time to explain what repair was needed so we could easily understand. Everything was perfect when finished. Adam and his team are friendly, respectful and polite and I would highly recommend Adam and his team for a very professional and trustworthy service.

10/10, recommendation with no hesitation, will use again if needed. Our hot water heater started leaking in the morning so we rang Pied Plumber immediately. Adam was over by mid-afternoon, quickly assessed the situation and advised. We gave the go-ahead, and he ordered the parts then and there, went to pick them up while the water drained. Came back and installed, was done and packed up by early evening. Explained everything - including what was wrong with the original install - and gave maintenance instructions. Even took the old heater away for disposal.

Have employed Adam's services on a number of occasions. He designed and installed a drainage system in the front of my house to prevent excess water overflowing onto my front porch where my front door is located. This system was able to remove all excess water and performed superbly during the unprecedented rainfall in the last 6 months. Adam is professional and displays a great deal of knowledge in his field. Thanks again for all your work at my property.
