The people working there are super lovely, but the owner (I assume) was super rude and we won't be going back.They accepted a booking from 12pm-4.30pm, but when we dropped our dog off the owner rolled their eyes and gave major attitude when we couldn't pick him up before 4pm.There wasn't a lot of friendliness or any attempt to apologise when I picked him up and called her out on her behaviour either.If you don't want bookings until 4.30pm then don't accept them. Don't blame your customers because you have to pay your staff. And there were still at least three other dogs there anyway.Take your doggo with a business owner by someone friendlier.

Absolutely Sensational - Team were friendly and efficient . The grooming was perfect but most importantly my dogs were well cared for and enjoyed the experience. Highly recommended

My dogs looked absolutely amazing and their fur felt incredibly soft and silky. Great service and friendly staff. Does a fantastic job on my beautiful cavoodle who is happy there.

Oscar can be quite shy around other dogs, but he feels safe and happy at Perros Coquetos, mixing it up with the other doggie clients. He has never looked as handsome as does when he's had a groom here. It is a calm, kind, and very professional environment.

I think the staff here take on way too many dogs, which means timing gets pushed out and they get stressed. I was told the groom would take 2-2.5 hours, and after showing up 3 hours later, they had completely forgotten to get to my dog. After 4.5 hours I picked up my pup, but unfortunately that wasn’t met with apologies for the inconvenience, a happy smile or even an offer to charge me a discount for my troubles. I was quite disappointed with the customer service, and it seems like my pup was another number to get through for the day. There were at least six dogs waiting in the room, barking while my dog retreated in the corner. Whilst my puppy was groomed really well, the service was poor which is what I really value, and I was made to feel like it was my problem. I will be going to a more professional and friendly groomer who is aware of others time and concentrates on only a few dogs at a time. Great service these days is hard to find unfortunately.

Highly recommend! I take my two Staffies to get their nails cut about every two weeks. The ladies here are so gorges! One of my pups HATES her paws being touched and these ladies are the only ones who can touch her paws. The service is so friendly and they’re so accommodating.

I've taken my dog to 3 other daycare centers in Melb and Ana's is by far the best. Most of the other places are large pens with lots of other dogs, most with some form of behavioral issue (example: excess barking, jumping, pulling on leashes, etc.)Ana's shop offers a really homely" feel for those pups who are low to medium energy. It's a very chilled and relaxed atmosphere which is EXACTLY what I need for my pup as it is a reflection of what I have at my home.Thanks for looking after Hans during the day
