Outstanding customer service and extremely fast delivery.Called on a Monday to order my Brinsea Ovation 28 EX, and was impressed instantly by the customer service. It was to be sent just over 4 hours away so he took the incubator out of the box, set up all the settings for us and tested it before sending.It was posted at 9am Tuesday morning and I picked it up at 9am Wednesday morning!!All while AusPost is in meltdown.Highly recommend and will most definitely be a return customer.

Got the Brinsea Ovation 28 EX. Great price and service, fast postage. Owner is knowledgeable, exprienced, helpful and generous. Highly recommended. Thanks Loi!After truck, airplane, post van travels my chicks/eggs (descended from avgen line import) have hatched! Humidity was easy to maintain with the automatic function. Tempreture stayed stable coming into winter, my room fluctuates a bit with the weather but incubator held steady. When opening lid briefly to candle humidity rapidly returned to set levels.

I recently purchased a 190 Eco Advance and an Ovation 56 to use as a hatcher after our other incubators died. I had an issue with the Ovation and this was rectified extremely quickly. The 190 Advance successfully hatched my pekin and standard eggs so I was absolutely thrilled. They are super easy to use and the support from Loi at Top Knot is unbelievable and he replies very quickly. I am super impressed with the products and service and highly recommend.

Brinsea is so easy to use. I was sick of using the cheaper brands. Finally decided to get a Brinsea. I was surprised how quickly I received my incubator by ordering online, easy to set up and great results as well. Thanks Top Knot Poultry! A very happy customer.
