EB Games / ZiNG Pop Culture - Epping

Edit:what is zing pop culture? i dont think ive ever seen that there at eb games!!! maybe people selected the wrong eb games... because the one im talking about is at epping plaza.literally go to the jbhifi right next to eb games and you will find much cheaper prices. Also, jbhifi will always match prices with other shops. It is much easier to find games in jbhifi compared to eb games. I bought a pre owned nintendo switch with terraria (new) and the nintendo switch wouldnt turn on and once i found out how to turn on a jailbroken switch i found that it was bricked. I couldn't play terraria with my friends. :( i had to take it back. I should've just gone to ebay lol. anyway, i dont like eb games that much. also, 3ds games are worth 15 cents to them but they sell them for $15. what a preowned game scam!!!

Went in today and was greated and asked if I needed help. I approached the front desk and Crystal came over and helped me out. I knew I was being a bit of a pain because of my extremely late pick up on a click and collect. And also the fact I didn’t have my physical card. She didn’t mind and every step of the way she was kind and helpful and made me and even my mum experiences amazing. We walked out talking about how nice she is. Not only Crystal the manager was also very nice from the limited time I spoke to him. We definitely recommend the team is amazing. Crystal EB has to protect u your iconic.

Staff there are 10/10 always kind and helpful. Besides that it’s an EB games shop, if you liked the EB games in any other place you’ll probably like this one as well!

I went into the Epping store this morning to get advice about introducing my young neurodivergent daughter to gaming. The lady who helped me was fantastic. She was incredibly knowledgeable and had great suggestions for games and accessories that would suit my kiddo's needs.I'm writing this in the hope that she receives the praise she deserves. As a parent, inclusivity is a regular worry, but this lady had me walking away with the comfort of being welcomed. Small things can make a big difference. She's an asset to your brand, and I will definitely be coming back to purchase all our gaming set up.
