Had to wait in drive through for 20 minutes and even put the order when suddenly they found out they don't have enough chickens.That is the second times it happened to me ...Very unacceptable customer service.

We order from this store a lot, and the quality of the food and service is sub par, recently the chips were so salty we couldn't eat it, the corn tasted like it had been sitting in water for days, and the gravy tasted like dirt. it is constantly like this at this store. i wouldn't recommend them. And they always seem to forget something from our order.

Chips were still pretty much frozen. Person at drive through window chatting to colleagues about her phone while taking my order. No utensils or serviettes provided in bag. Lucky I had disposable gloves in my car as I was forced to eat with my hands and didn't have anything to clean them with after.

Waited 30mins in drive-thru and didn't move, only 2 cars ahead of me. Finally get to window staff were rude, rolling eyes and food was inedible.

I can't fault the burger or the fries. And the service is great. But I was just served these overcooked, dry and shrivelled wings. They are completely inedible.

I love the great chicken menu they got. My new favourite is Reds Hot Chicken and Strawberry Cheesecake. Staff were very friendly and service was quick... Loved it.

Ordered 2 box meals with delivery only received one and when called up I was asked if I could pick it up myself. Asked for refund and got told I had to leave a feedback through the app until my refund could then be processed. This isn’t the first time they have messed my order up. Absolute terrible service.
