Perfectly done. Had mats binding done to fit to doorways and large mat for lounge. Cheap pricing for really good quality.

I just wanted to say thank you to the gentlemen that assisted me with selections I am making for a build (that usually happens at the balcatta branch) even though I wasn't purchasing anything.. He went out of his way to assist me and saved an hour journey with toddler. Just goes to show good sales people still exist! Would recommend their service here. Thanks again.

Best service and selection. Well, that was the selling stage. Since then our experience has travelled rapidly from a five star service to a one star service. The complete lack of communication and understanding of our particular build combined with slab requirements that were never conveyed to us has led to this review. It is looking like this will end badly. Be careful and ask what requirements the flooring demands. You might, like us be surprised. Had it been made known to us we could have made a better decision. Not over yet.

Fabulous experience with Michael Dornan - his knowledge about the range of products and suitability for our home was impressive. He politely steered us to better, informed choices to meet our flooring needs. Traditional and high level customer service - focus on the customer, warm and friendly as he learnt about our flooring needs, could answer all our questions, understood our budget, nothing was too much trouble. We bought a full house of flooring and walked away feeling we got the very best of service and deal.

The staff at Carpet Call (Jandakot) went above and beyond to help me out. I had several constraints due to timing and insurance company requirements, and the staff listened and proactively managed the issues. They were super-helpful, and they gave me a great price. I highly recommend visiting this store if you are looking for great service (and carpet!!)

Bought carpet was told a 10th of August install date only on the 9th they texted me saying now booked for 30th of August because they had filed the paperwork from the measure up late, then when ringing up just getting passed from head office to the store.Then later rang saying there was damage to the carpet and they are getting some send over but still can’t install even another type of carpet this week. Not even an offer of compensation

Fantastic experience, Michael Dornan was extremely knowledgeable and personable, the whole experience was superb. I'm so excited to see my new carpet! Michael is great to deal with. Thank you for making my carpet dreams come true!! Fingers crossed the installation doesn't let me down.

I had a terrible experience with this store. I visited the store to get a supply of laminate flooring. They offered to do a free measurement too. This was for a house I was moving into. They cancelled the first appointment saying one of the team members had caught COVID. We rescheduled for a later date. They simply did not show up and when I gave them a call they mentioned they usually do not offer free measurement for supply only offers. They were so rude that were not even willing to apologise nor bothered to give a call an cancel the appointment.
