I have owned properties for 13 years. Late 2021, a friend of mine put me onto Charmaine to manage my property as my current agent at the time was insufficient at their job. I spoke to Charmaine on the phone and met her in person. Charmaine put me at ease and I could tell straight away she was ruthless and really cared about me and my property. I made the switch and started using Charmaine to mange my property. I have not looked back. I wish I knew Charmaine 13 years ago. Charmaine is completely honest, she cares about my property, she takes the time to be explain processes and diligent on returning emails/texts/calls. I always feel at ease with Charmaine and not made to feel silly for asking the smallest of questions. She’s the best. I highly recommend Charmaine to everybody that owns a rental.
