When you charge $5.50 for a croissant, you add yourself to the premium list of bakeries. Sadly the quality doesn't represent the price. Croissant was huge, overbaked, dry and flavourless. Welcoming place with nice staff, but the food doesn't justify the price.

Berkelo is little Bakery just off the main road near Warringah Mall. It has friendly staff, tasty food and is a hidden gem!There is a very small Breakfast menu available but it's got some delicious looking cakes and baked good that will make up for it!The food looks great and I love the fact that their Hot chocolate comes in the milk jug as it looked quirky!If you love a baked good or you're looking for a quick cake or croissant on the go then this place it for you.Parking can be hard, so I recommend parking across at the shops and just stroll on over :)

Great bakery tucked away in a side street, had the brekkie jar which was great, would be 5 ⭐ if you got rid of those planet killer gas burners out the front - they aren't really effective in the open air, people sitting outside were suitably rugged up so please make better choices!
