Both of the guys at Inspirations Camberwell that served me today were great. They both helped provide a solution to an ongoing issue with converting a Pantone colour to a paint which has been causing problems for over 5 years now. Thanks for the great service. Highly recommended.

I was a beginner going into a tradies place, dealt with three separate staff over three visits, an older man and a younger man and woman. All of them made life easy with their care and advice and made me feel valued as a customer. i made a mistake, they corrected it, no charge. The sort of service not easy to find these days.

Excellent service including taking my phone order for mixing paint colours, so minimising my time spent in the shop during Stage 3 restrictions. And the team was very flexible with regard to honouring my discount voucher which I had initially mislaid. Whilst my paint and associated product needs are fairly simple and infrequent, I have always received really useful advice on how to proceed with my projects. And always get 5% off the purchase price due to my customer membership, and often receive a further promotional discount. What’s not to love?! I happily recommend them.

I'd say a big THANK YOU to the staff there. Your service was awesome and you well deserved the high rating.When I brought a MDF board to match the color, the staff mixed the paint for me, also showed me how the tinted paint was by putting some paint on the board, and then wiped it off.Today I went there to buy some timber stain. By showing them the photo they recommended me the colour. TBH at that moment I was a bit hesitating because I thought another colour was closer, however I trusted their expertise and experience. When I got home and applied it - you know what - it exactly matched my current floor! I am so happy.

Matt attended to our paint purchase needs with a very friendly and warm approach and it put us at ease straightaway. Buying paints could be a very daunting experience if we are globing in the dark without a colour scheme. Having used a consultant, we were heads up but was not too sure about a couple of proposed options. Matt very swiftly recommended us options which will definitely work and made our experience a smooth and enjoyable one. He was honest enough to even grant us a discount. We left the shop satisfied and very happy. Well done Camberwell team, will surely recommend our friends to buy from you.

Excellent customer service and efficiency. They were highly professional and helpful. They could answer all our questions and really took the time to know and understand what we were doing. Anytime we do any painting again we will be back here!!
