Dr. Dhaval Patel made my tooth extraction so simple and painless. I was always afraid of dental treatment, but after this session, my fear was greatly reduced. Second, my appointment was at 2:30pm, but I was late for work, so Dr. Patel had to wait until 4:40pm to finish the treatment. I wholeheartedly endorse Dr. Patel's services.Many thanks to Dr. Dhaval and his team

Probably the worst dental experience of my life. I was made to hold my own suction tube because they were understaffed. It was all so rushed that my cleaning and polishing only lasted 5 minutes. Was told by the dentist that She would see me in 6 months then the receptionist told me I needed to come back in a few weeks. All seemed like they were trying to get me back to get more money out of me. I’ll never go to another Pacific Smiles after that experience. Already booked in to see another dentist.

The young woman dentist was very reassuring, fast and efficient and the price was affordable. I needed a tooth removed in a hurry and they were able to fit me in that day. Very good service.

It was our first experience after changing our health fund. I can assure Dr. Megha Sharma and the her dental assistant Akanksha were really friendly and make mine and my husband general dental check-up and cleaning whole process very smooth. They also gave friendly tips on oral health and hygiene. I will highly recommend them and would love to come back for our regular checkups. The front desk representative Ting was really helpful and friendly and make our first visit memorable. Kudos to the team at Merrylands.

Very clean and welcoming place. I usually hate dental visits, but Dr Bitar and her capable assistant made me very comfortable. Dr Bitar patiently explained everything to me, and her gentle ways certainly made the visit quite comfortable. Thank you, Dr Bitar, and thank you, Pacific Smiles.

First visit experience was exceptional! Dentist Megha S and her assistant as well as the receptionist, all these beautiful women were all phenomenal, I loved my visit!!! They were all professional, dentist Megha gave great advice and showed such compassion throughout. Definitely my go to from now onwards. Keep up the great ethics ladies. ❤
