Worst customer experience. Rude staff and seems they are not interested in their job. Just working to spend somehow their shift duration. Store has got good stock and cost effective inventory. However due to its staff this store does not even deserve single star. Request to owner - please train them in soft skills and watch them closely.

Spotlight Castle Hill
Limited parking available, it's located directly on Victoria Avenue and can require a decent wait time during peak hour to enter or exit. During these times you can drive around the entire small car park with no luck in securing a spot to park. There is limited street parking out front maybe 4 car spaces on any given day but these are taken up pretty early and often have people selling honey or something out of their boot.If you are wanting to purchase any bulky items requiring a trolley you would want to go to the store early or near closing to ensure you get a parking spot otherwise it is sometimes easier to park elsewhere if your grabbing small items and walk back to spotlight.

Very big store for all your craft, household, linen, fabric, utensils requirement. Nicely arranged , skillfully diplayed and decently priced too. Must visit and a whole new world for asthetically inclined people would unfold.

Very large store, lots of products. Would be better if they changed the layout to be wider so traffic can pass through - lots of bottlenecks in aisles if people are dilly dallying around or standing with a trolley.Entrance also need improvement, stairs are not ideal to pass people quickly to get in and out of the store

Spotlight Castle Hill
Recently visited Castle Hill spot light after a long time AND can I just say how much better the shop is!! It was great to see stock available. The towel area was defiantly a huge step up compared to what it was. Being able to find stock and the colours available. As well as the quilt section!!!, so easy to view now. What they are doing, please keep doing it. To be able to see the tickets, prices, sale items etc makes a huge difference in wanting to buy something. I changed stores because of past issues but after seeing the store and staff pick up their game, show casing the sales and the neat tidiness of items, just shows the work that is being put in. I will be coming back for more!

The lady that helped me was so knowledgeable about sewing and was great support in guiding me and recommending to me the best product for my needs. She was friendly and kind and just so helpful. The only problem is that it's so busy in the sewing department and not enough staff

Spotlight Castle HillVisited on 13/6/2023It is a bright spaceous store with wide isles. It carries a great variety of items, including artificial pottedlants, upholstery, bed linen, stationery, pram, towels, staple gun for upholstery, etc. I think the store is due for a bit of update, specially tested floor.The store is quiet whiduring my visit. There is a section for party needs including confectionery.

Very useful home decor and crafts store with a variety of items. For someone who loves crocheting this store has the essentials. It is quite pricey compared to online stores but you can guarantee a quality product. If there are specials then they are generously discounted.

Must visit store for all art n craft supplies, home decor, bedding, blinds etc. Ample parking, lift availability for trolley. Staff is helpful too. Bought bath mats and blinds, quality is good and price is reasonable.
