A Broaster Fan here. Quality of the product has dropped since the owners aren't there now i suppose. I used to frequent the place when they were hands on. The chicken was cooked to perfection. Thrice now I've had over cooked chicken and once with excess salt. You guys need to step up again. Dissapointing.

Don't bother trying to use your dine and discover vouchers as the scanner doesn't work lol.And you can't use cash either cause they don't have any change.What business that brings in a decent earnings per day doesn't have change.Plus the cashier is just a rude gronk.And after all that you gotta wait 15 mins for fried chicken.They must have a chicken farm out back and they gotta go catch it and kill it first lol.

I ordered for the first time. the chicken was good. but i asked a non sugar soft drink(i even called to confrim) and yet they send me a regular one. 2 days after i ordered from merryland, waiting while in uber it was saying preparing the order, ot was then said cancelled.(i was charged). ordered from parramatta, accepted the order, driver was picking it up, then it was cancelled. Wasted one hour and money worth of 2 orders and did not have lunch.

Chicken was cooked to perfection. Both in the burger and the fried version.Chips could do less with salt but overall good taste.The place is understaffed. As I was reading some of the reviews, one reviewer stated that he had to yell out to get a service. Well, I did the same thing. A young gentleman greeted me stating he was looking for his mask ✅In the duration of our decision on which food to get, a waitress came into the shop, went around the counter and suggested the waiter that he can go into the kitchen.She made life easier for us as she knows the specialty of the place. We got what she recommended for our dine in and we were pleased with them.After we finished, we went for a long walk. Twenty minutes later, we were passing in-front of the shop again and our table was as we left it.This place would rock if they introduced Poutin Chips, and three extra staff.Food rocks!

Came here starving after a medical across the tracks and it didn’t disappoint. Bloke working there seemed decent and the food was even better. It was fresh, hot and crispy chicken and the gravy was some of the best I’ve ever had.Store was tidy and clean and had a decent selection of cold beverages.Whenever I have sh*t on in Parramatta I’ll be stopping here for some fried chooken, chips and amazing gravy.

Tasty crispy yummy chicken.Cooked fresh it can take 10-12 minutes for your order.You might need to yell hi if the staff are out the back cooking.Tasty chips with plenty of chicken salt.Well worth the wait.I don’t think Broaster has taken off in Parramatta yet. But definitely worth a shot

Super disappointing. We were the only people in there & it took 30 minutes to get 6 pieces of fried chicken. They didn't seem phased by the fact that we were waiting so long, even after i mentioned it.The chicken was dry & the batter was soggy.I also ordered a gravy and it was cold... it doesn't make sense to me, surely being the only one's there, it could have been done better given they had time?Do not recommend.

Ordered the spicy wings.Was not even a hint of spice and the most bland chicken i have ever tasted.Some salt or something would of been nice, it was like eating nothing.Would have to say it is the worst chicken i have ever eaten, would never eat again

Ordered Spicy chicken burger. Worth every dollar. Reasonable price. Chicken was tender, crispy but not too spicy. Feels light but great taste for great price.
