I took a computer in. He wanted $100 just to look at it! Then possibly $200 to fix it. No wonder the place was empty. This 'guys' prices are off the planet!!

I am very grateful for the rapid response and professionalism that I received from Todd. I rely on my computer to earn my income. I needed it fixed, he fixed it, pronto. Thank you Todd I wish you all the best. If anyone has a computer issue, highly recommend this business. CheersPS I cannot relate to the comments made by some on minimum service charges. Have those people ever procured the services of a plumber or an electrician? We need people like Todd, you only know that when things go wrong. His fees are entirely reasonable imo.

My Dell laptop was slowing down gradually over the last couple of years after I bought it in 2014, until a couple of months ago, it finally refused to open up at all. I took into Computer Guy Tweed office, a day later Todd diagnosed a faulty hard drive, included the diagnosis cost in the repair cost, and fixed it promptly, with the added benefit of all the existing data transferring over to the new HD. Overall cost was very reasonable considering my laptop is now faster than ever. Thanks again Todd.
