Apparently Petbarn charges a lot more in store than their online shop. I saw $68 online price for mini puppy royal canine food on Petbarn website, they charged me $81 dollars in store. I mentioned it to the cashier, she said they could provide a refund for the difference if you told them that you knew they sell it cheaper on their website…. But then she calculated for 5 minutes and refunded me 3.5 dollars. The math is beyond me.

Was a bit alarmed that you continue to promote IVORY COAT dog and cat good when it has been linked to liver kidney and digestive problems, diarrhoea vomiting and death since it changed recipe. Sadly most pet stores are the same. I strongly advise never using this supposedly premium product. Other than that Friendly helpful staff with great range and good specials.

Most staff are friendly but the unusual business strategy of showing cheaper discount pricing online and then charging you full price when you arrive in store - you only get the discount price if you specifically say you have seen it cheaper online?.. Getting the refund was met with a sour attitude from customer service. Same problem with the customer in front of me.

Weevils in the bird seed and nothing they can do. Do not purchase birdseed from this place. Bird toys are also extremely over priced. The pet supply place in Heatherbrae has better quality and care about what they sell.
