You have gone to so much effort for me with our ring - beyond the call of duty ! You are appreciated and I hope Wallace Bishop appreciate what a true gem they have in you.

i will not buy from Wallace Bishop ever again, i bought my wife a pair of 9 crt Gold 70mm Dia hoop earings and they broke the first day she wore them, all she did was bend down to pick something up, while wearing them and one of the earings just snapped in half. talk about shotty workmanship. i brought them back to get replaced. the staff would not budge, the best thing they could do was send them off to head office to get repaired. i waited and waited and had to keep calling to find out what the status of the earings were. Head office sent them back without reparing them saying they couldnt repair them, (becuase they were too hollow) so i got in contact with the head office manager, after abit of explaining what happened, we finally concluded that i would get a replacement pair. But i have to say, the Staff at Wallace Bishop in Capalaba would do nothing but groan and complain when i tried to sort out my issue with them. they even said i'd get a refund on the repair (becuase they didn't do anything) they were not helpful at all, it was the manager at head office who was a top bloke, Jamie i think his name is. so i give 1 star to the Staff and 5 stars to Jamie. DONT BUY FROM THESE GUYS, their Jewelry is not good Quality, i'd rather buy from Michael Hill next time.

The lady staff I encountered today, 31st of May 2023 was so rude. Not happy the way she treated me inside their shop.

Absolutely disgusting service purchased a thousand dollar watch taken back under warranty 2 months later no word go in there don't know what's happening will get manager to call you . Manager does not call now near on 3 months.I call where is my watch!!!!! Ohhh our paper work says you picked it up on the 9th which I have not !!!!!! This matter has now been referred to the police as a theft DO NOT GO NEAR THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!

Don’t go there again…. Expensive the repair of my necklace. I’m not happy my necklace was become different texture and also the shape of pendant. Never go there again…

5 stars is just not enough to rate their customer service, and their shop in general. Everything was beautifully displayed and it wasn’t hard to locate the things I wanted. I even got more jewellery than I originally wanted. Diamonds are a man’s bestfriend, too. Also, 5 stars is not enough to rate how amazing Kerrie’s/Kerry’s (forgive me if I misspelt your name) service was to my friend and I. Not only did she spend 3 hours helping my friend and I pick out the perfect jewellery for us, but her sense of humour made every second of the 3 hours enjoyable, we had lots of laughs and shared some stories along the process. I have been in Wallace Bishop three times and the lovely ladies have never failed me! There’s so much more I can say but if you’re looking for the perfect customer service and a jewellery store, Wallace Bishop in Capalaba is the store for YOU. Thanks again, gals! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Served by a very rude lady today 1st june 2023 at the Capalaba store as I returned a broken bracelet.very abrupt. I hope to get a refund after which I will never shop at Wallace bishop again
