We ordered chicken burrito and chicken quesadilla. It was good. However, quesadilla wasn’t filling. Service took a bit longer though.

This place used to deserve 5 stars, but in the past year they have really dropped the ball. Long wait times of up to 30 minutes just for a burrito bowl. Every bowl out of the last few I have ordered have not come spicy or with jalepenos, when every one is ordered spicy and with jalapenos.The last one was exactly the same and missing guacamole again. This is an extra charge too! I had to add my own jalepenos and hot sauce. It's usually extremely difficult to get anyone's attention when picking up orders also.

I ordered veggie bowl and found a piece of meat in my meal. I throw up when I realised. I am vegetarian by religion and never thought that a place like guzman n gomes will be so careless. Heads up to all allergens and customer with food ingredients preference, pls pls pls do not buy from them, because you never know that you end up in hospital after eating.

One of the better GYG chains in the eastern suburbs.The service is always fast, friendly and efficient. The servings is generous and the food is always cooked well and packed properly.

Fast and friendly service. However there were a few issues with the food.One of my two shells was crispy and burnt, and the lettuce in my burrito was yellow and tasted off.The condiment stand with all the sauces, salt and pepper was disgusting and had sauce spilled everywhere, and the spoons for the condiments had cross contaminated all the different things.Food tasted good, but not great.Not w bad place to stop for some Mexican food. But there are much better places around

Guzman has started to become post gym Thursday night dinner. We ordered and picked up so alleviated the wait time which was convenient and my burrito bowl was fresh and yummyOriginal reviewI feel there’s going to be a lot of Guzman in my life over the next month as I attempt to lose some pesky overindulgence kilos. I think the burrito bowls are pretty healthy aside from maybe the corn chips they wedge into the container which I do try not to eat. I probably should just say no corn chips as inevitably I do tend to down them, I mean it’s just corn right? Freshly made and full of flavour you can’t really go wrong

Uber eats order for nurses. Got the wrong order delivered. Called the store offered a refund but dint bother re-delivering. Thats fine, but the order we got was one small chips, a wrap and a drink. Not enough for 4 nurses working on a ward. Had to go hungry as lunch break had passed.

Ordered the Burrito Bowl online and picked up within 10 mins.The team were very busy with instore orders, while the online orders queue were very efficient.As for the Burrito Bowl, I'm a recent convert and it is tasy, fresh and super filling.
