Dean was the coolest guy to work with. We needed to do a media event with a horse in Melbourne. He totally understood what we wanted and delivered to perfection. The horse was magnificent, kind and intelligent. The media loved it and the event was an astonishing success, our images went all over the world - all thanks to Dean and his team.I did not expect to find such a professional outfit able to deliver such a high service, where the people were so laid back , friendly and seriously good horse people.We look forward to working with Unique Carriage Hire again for other projects.

Every time I pass this 'service' in the city, the staff are standing next to the horses smoking or talking on their phone. They do not clean up after their horses and are an unwelcome presence in the city. This low budget, tacky and cruel 'service' is unwanted by locals and a stain on our city.

Very professional, well presented carriage and staff, much nicer than others operating in the city. Garden trip up St Kilda Rd was very much enjoyed by the adults and children in our family group.
