Red Dot Coventry Village

Terrible customer service, I went here to buy a spin mop and i had to return it because it was faulty and in bad condition. That's what i told the service lady and she refused to give me a refund. It was within the 7 day policy. Not only was I denied my request but I was treated poorly and was told to ''shut up'' and ''stop wasting my time'', ''people like you shouldn't be here''. She was very rude so I left the store. honestly I would not go there again and would no recommend this place. pathetic people that act like their on reality TV.

My boyfriend and I went to Red Dot today 19th December Sunday in Morley Conventry to buy a portable cooler USB and on the box the sticker says $9.99 and we thought it was a good price. The sign said $29.95. The girl should had given us the price on the box than saying she can’t sell it to us because on her till says $49.95 but clearly the sticker on the box said $9.99. Basically it’s FALSE ADVERTISING! Everyone was buying and getting over charged for the item.They should have removed the items and prevent this happening again instead of leaving it for someone else to be disappointedIf the sticker says the price on the item you should at lease sell it to the customer at the price on there. The girl and the young Indian guy gave no apology to us just a weird vibe look. This is highly dishonest and very unprofessional service.

Largish red dot with the usual red dot stuff and the usual red dot quality, no better no worse.

Great store clean but didn’t have Much stock :)

Prices tagged is different from the actual one . Bought a Battery pack which was tagged $3 but billed for $4 .when asked the sales girl very irresponsibly replied that ,they have to go with bar code price and all are tagged wrong . Very bad experience. Will never visit .

Good value for money

Purchased a long dress garment bag that unfortunately had a broken zip. Luckily I discovered this a few minutes later at a nearby alteration shop when putting my dress in the garment bag. I immediately returned to Red Dot Coventry Morley WA and asked for a return. The assistant Kaitlin questioned whether I had purchased it at their store even though I showed her the receipt and told her she had served me literally 5 minutes prior. I didn’t receive an apology that the item was broken and she didn’t want to get me a replacement. Instead I found the replacement and held up other people waiting in the queue behind me. She had a scowl on her face the entire time and was annoyed with me returning a faulty item. Bad customer service.

This Red Dot store located in Coventry Village opposite the Spudshed is a large store where you can pretty much find anything you need from paint brushes,wall hooks, padlocks, car cleaning products, pet accessories including toys, torches, extension leads, sporting goods, storage containers, fake flowers, pictures and picture frames, ready to hang curtains, mirrors, cleaning products including things like Ajax and washing detergents, toilet rolls, sweets and lollies, wrapping paper and greeting cards, DVDs. Just about anything you need. Just pop in and have a browse around. I'm sure it'll be something that you will pick up

Always has what I need. Can be a busy shopping centre at times, good staff.
