It's an existing BP petrol station was closed for renovation and reopened with all updated scope and amenities is busy place and petrol is very competitive for this area recommend , friendly services and variety of foods and coffee available for your convenience.

Firstly, the store is neatly organized and maintained.The staff here are super friendly and helpful.

Be careful of how much they charge you!Even they put up very low price I got charged over $80 for $149.9 petrol and I only filled less than half tank, full tank is only 40L. I didn’t check my bank account until 3 days later, went back to the store and they said it’s because they were too busy, the manager guy promised me he’ll check and give me a call back by the end of the day. So I went back home and waited for the call back. They didn’t call me ofc, I rang the store and was told the manager has already left and he left a message saying he’ll call me tomorrow morning. There were no apologize. Few minutes later the manager called me back with his mobile and saying it’s too busy today he didn’t get a chance to check, he asked me how much he needs to refund me?? Excuse me? It’s the mistake your staff made and already caused so much inconvenience for your customer. Knowing I’m so unhappy with the experience he finally made the refund! But everyone please be careful, they’re very dodgy

BP Concord is now open! It looks absolutely immaculate! Everything is perfect and the staff are amazing! Even got a complimentary coffee!Looking forward to my next visit! Come and take a look! :)

Just Re-Opened after renovations. The petrol prices are great.. cheeper by 10c compared to other places

I drive a 2009 Toyota Yaris which has a fuel tank capacity of 42 litres (as specified by manufacturer). I had 2 bars left on my fuel gauge when I pulled in to top up there last night, so I estimate it would have taken a maximum of 37 litres to fill.The pump registered 44.9 litres.When I told them 44.9 was physically impossible, they proceeded to argue that the servo had only been operating for 2 days and that the pumps had been freshly calibrated.Don't think about filling up here until they sort out the massively inaccurate fuel pump calibrations.If I could give them 0 stars I would

Very very poor quality fuel, I think they just put watet in their fuel tank or their fuel is just too dirty thats why they are much cheaper than other fuel stations. I have 2 car one is filled 98 ultimate and another filled ultimate diesel, when I drive my car feels unpowerful and sometimes little vibrations on low speed. Today I refilled bp ultimate 98 on other BP station, when I drive my car feels much more powerful and smooth.

Nice clean new station. Some days gasoline is very cheap. So far so good. Nothing to complain.

Special fuel price as they reopened in May 2023. However, the cheap fuel options were all sold out but they still advertised for them on the price board.
