do not go here!!! it is not worth the amount of money my friend paid, they absolutely ripped her off, the staff would not fill them in for her and left her with lashes that first off were not what she asked for and defiantly not what she paid for. it is ridiculous and rude that nobody took the time to check her lashes and actually apologise for making her pay so much money.

Highly recommended place for waxing. The staff is always nice, appointments work well online and communication is efficient. Almost always on time or max 10 minutes late. I went a couple of times for waxing and I had the best experience, I hardly feel any pain when they do brazilian wax!!!Although I’m sorry but I can’t say the same for pedicure. I only did it once and I didn’t enjoy it as much. The lady wasn’t very friendly but most of all she hurt me while cutting cuticles and made my toe bleed. I felt that happened because she was in a hurry, even though I arrived on time. The polish didn’t turn out well either, I had to clean the exceeding polish myself at home.Anyways still recommend it for waxing.

Popped in over the weekend for a piercing and was really impressed with the professionalism and friendliness. I didn't catch the woman's name who pierced my ear but she was lovely and very informative. Would recommend this place to others :)

I've been here twice now, the first experience was great: appointment started on time and it was one of the best waxes I've had.Second time they were running about 15 minutes late, the hard wax was a bit too hot and caused minor burns. Everything healed quickly but still, always an uncomfortable experience.

I had a great experience, very happy with the results. Just one thing that made me feel uncomfortable - Nadia commenting on my acne, how I should do this and that and I won’t have any more pimples. I would recommend just not talking about someone’s skin if it’s not a facial, treatment of the problem on your skin or getting in way of the treatment you’re getting. Adult acne is a very sensitive topic. It just made me sad. My skin is much better then a few months ago and will hopefully keep improving. In my opinion comments and such broad advice is unnecessary and doesn’t help most people.
