Called me back straight away with great advice - Highly Reccomend =)

Scheduled repair through real estate, Repairman was informed to contact a specific household member - Repairman did not oblige and turned up when no one was home (due to poor communication from Repairman)- He then proceeded to antagonise other household member who was working (not at the premises) and pass insensitive and smart remarks about 'wasted time'Household members were told to foot the bill (due to Repairman's incompetence) and obliged. Paid a $165 call out fee where Repairman has the NERVE to write on the INVOICE that no one was home due to a SUPPOSED emergency. How embarrassing and unprofessional.Both household members are women may I add. Repairman could CLEARLY hear this and was aware that both household members were female and still proceeded with antagonistic and snarky comments.Really hope he doesn't have a daughter or wife with whom he speaks to with such venom!10/10 DO NOT Recommend

Excellent - punctual, efficient, reasonably price - would highly recommend!

I posted a quote request and included a photo of my stove which had stopped working. Within 5 minutes I received an email providing clear instructions on how to resolve the problem. It is rare these days to get such great service without at least a massive call out fee! Will definitely use and recommend again!
