After consulting by KATE, she provided prompt and courteous assistance and my client was able to receive my mobile phone in Sydney just a day later!Thanks very much Kate, will definitely recommend for everyone!

I wont recommend this company nor the Pack N Send in Hamilton NZ. Simply because of lack of communication between branches, attention to detail is lacking and no ownership responsibility due to franchise structure in my view.. The Air Freight arrived as expected. This company caused a loss of items which was totally unnecessary.

I recently left my headphones on my seat on a Virgin flight from Sydney to Brisbane, and Pack & Send were just awesome to deal with to get them back for me. They collected them from Baggage Services at the airport, carefully packaged them for interstate shipping, and I received the package two days later. Fantastic service - I would definitely recommend!!

I had a sudden and urgent need to send several boxes to Mackay recently, as part of an invalid moving to an aged care facility. Indeed I had to return a day later with a few items for her pet, and a courier delivery involved.I found Kate and the Pack & Send system so convenient, and so much more affordable than I had expected.I would highly recommend this service and Kate's business in Eagle Farm in particular.
