Excellent customer service by Shay and Manager on duty today 6th January. They both went way beyond as far as I was concerned. I finally settled on my purchases. They were terrific.

Completed an online order for click and collect. The message to collect came through the same day as items ordered.Upon arrival to the store, we were greeted, within 5 minutes collected the order and on our way. Cheers for the great service. Had alot of specials, i didn't need much at the time but felt like having a proper look around as there was heaps of products, maybe next time.Good service all round.

Stock in wrong place and wont even honor the price took the lady 30 mins to get a manager, said she called him up. Rude and blunt didn't even try and help Shitest customer service.

Great service and professional cheating skill. I have bought this bike from two week ago, staffs promised will build a new bike for me and I would pick up after a week. I also left my personal contact details while paying. One week later, no bike no stock and no called from this shop, when I tried to pick it up they said that they had no stock. They said wait for one more week and I would be able my bike with a gift ( front basket) due to the innocence. What I should do was wait for 3 more days to next week. Therefore, I went there again this week and there is the bike without basket and don't know when they will come more stock.In fact that , there were one lie cover others lie and wasting time and effort. Staff can't do there job on time and totally forgot this order. I went there for 2 times for the pick up and today, I am going to talk to them again. It spent my four days to buy a brand new bike. Isn't it too much effort? Well, you have a judge.

I cannot fault the Staff at the Kenny St Store especially Troy and Toby. They are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing seems to ever be too much trouble for them.
