Like many of the other reviewers - this meal preparation service is the most tastiest and fulfilling. Easy to track macros and calorie count as all meals have nutritional information on panel. Very happy with the taste, quality and selection. Great work!

Love, love, love these meals! Everything tastes fresh, and so delicious and whole. Minimal processed ingredients, such a breath of fresh air after 12 months of Macros, these guys are the best!

Delicious and wide selection of healthy meals to choose from. They are extremely helpful in tracking macros and calorie intake. Even the small sizes are surprisingly filling out tremendously helped with my fitness/diet journey. GMD is always updating their menu which I appreciate a lot as I prefer variety in the meals in the eat throughout the week. They are well priced and delivery communication is always accurate.

The food is delicious so much flavour and love is put into preparing each meal. I have been ordering every week for over a year now, it’s refreshing having a healthy meal option that are innovative with their selections and so flavourful. Gym Meals Direct is incredible, the food is fresh and always delicious. The value per meal is honestly unbeatable and they have a large variety of food choices. On top of this their customer service is top notch. As an example, I was unable to pick up my order from HQ due to illness and they offered to deliver it to me instead, can't pick a single fault with GMD, a perfect service.

The meals are amazing. I was spending the same amount each day on a sandwich and yogurt from the servo on my way to work, neither of which left me feeling satiated. Now I have a hot GMD meal for lunch at work and feel full after, without the unnecessary calories I was consuming before! Pepperberry beef is a firm favourite!

The team at GMD are legends! No request has ever gone unmet, the food is delicious and it saves me so much time every week. I love knowing that rushing in the morning doesn’t include lunch prep because I have something healthy that is ready to go. The guys who deliver the meals are always super friendly, as are the boys who respond to emails.Keep up the good work
