Unprofessional service. They damaged my coffee table and disappeared and didn't answer their calls or reply or msgs. If you want bad service and damaged items then use them. They are not a proper company and don't have insurance. Next step I will make formal complaint.

Scammers. I was given a quote, and ended up paying triple the amount, with hidden fees that were not mentioned when booking.The movers stopped very often, talking on the phone, checking tik tok, sitting down. They wasted as much time as they could with small things, leaving the big, heavy stuff, to make sure it would take as long as possible, to make me pay more. I told one, and he pretended not to speak English. Was assured they were covered by insurance in case anything was damaged. They ruined a laptop and damaged a TV cabinet and a desk. Was told to send pictures and wait for insurance to call me. Nobody ever did. The movers are not replying either. They will try to scam you out of as much money as they can. Stay away.

I recently used unique and smooth movers to move a dozen items of furniture from Sydney to Melbourne. They were the best value of the multiple movers I called and as worked out a way to accommodate the date I needed pickup. Both the pickup team and the delivery team were on time (a bit early), called ahead and made what could have been a tricky move very easy. This is the 4th move from Melbourne to Sydney and back and I'd use this team again. In the past I used a big brand Grace" who were expensive and terrible and some other smaller companies that were a disaster (stuff didn't arrive for 3 weeks and items missing). Would happily recommend unique and smooth movers the name says it all."

Initial booking time was at 12pm. No update till 12pm. When I called them, they said the truck was having issues. The coolant was broken. They arrived at 2:30PM. Took 10min to get prepared before starting the move and the move was slow. At some point it seemed like they were doing this on purpose to get more hours.

Booked them for an 8:30 start. Confirmed the night before and requested them to come in at 8 if possible as our loading dock could only be reserved between 12pm-3pm at our new place. (The same was advised at the time of booking) The night before they confirmed. The next day there was no news till almost 10am. Called them at least 10 times - no one answered. No response to the text as well. At 10 am they say they are about to come and now that we waited so long we should wait a bit more ( talk about expecting an apology!) so we told there is no point because we would have lost the loading time at the new place. Most awful unapologetic attitude. One of the most unprofessional services I have come across. Would not recommend them to anyone at all. Thankfully we had another day and were able to get someone else in!

One of the best movers ever met .Chandan and his team is amazing .They came with all tools and packing material.wrapped everything properly and nicely, nothing was damaged .Very friendly and funny.I highly recommend to everyone.Thanks guys .thanks
