Fabulous motel. One of the best I have stayed. The room was spacious, comfortable and spotless. I enjoyed room service for dinner, the food was excellent and delivered very promptly. I will stay again if my travels take me to Lithgow.

Had a wonderful 2 days at the Zig Zag motel in Lithgow. Had dinner at Frankie's restaurant 2 nights in a row. Fantastic meals. Thank you to the friendly staff, especially Julie who was amazing.

Zig Zag Motel by the INZ group is brilliant a super comfy happy place to stay. Very welcoming friendly kind hospitality. The staff are amazing going over and beyond to make a guest stay so comfortable, peaceful and happy. The standard room is spacious meets all immediate needs.Love the small attention to details, such as the larger fridge in room to place personal food items&lunch packs.The no charge to use a toaster in the room is very much appreciated.The housekeeping is brilliant, the shampoos soaps all great quality good on skin &hair, all complimentary.The divine delicious Frankies restaurant is just brilliant, 5******* food menu is delicious fresh and scrumptious.Service is so amazing, very bright cheery friendly. Great sitting at their bar for a chinwag.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Zig Zag motel and will be back again.This is a convenient location quiet but close to all venue's.A TERRIFIC PLACE Looking fwd to our next stay.

The shower head was a little broken, which made showering difficult with a few stray hairs throughout.. The food was great and the service was very friendly. Great room prices, the restaurant is a little pricey but worth it.

Fantastic on site restaurant - best linguini boscaiola I've every had. Busy kitchen for a Tuesday yet super fresh main meal in quick time. Too big a serve to warrant desert. Next time!Well appointed refurbished room and terrific staff. Easy choice for next visit to Lithgow.

Thank you for all your help with my son yesterday. Even though he was not a guest in the motel you still went out of your way to help him, From giving him a band aid, pointing him in the direction of good food, being understanding to the hire car being returned late, helping him with the public transport and organising a taxi for him so he did not miss the bus. It was his first holiday by himself and you made it extra special with your overwhelming kindness.
