Could give zero stars if possible at the Charlestown branch. If you wanted to be spoken to rude from the first hello followed by groans to move your finger on the keyboard then dont come here. I dont know what the old womans problem was today as i asked a simple question but if i wasnt so nice i would have told her to be happy or quit her job if she hated it so much. The way she spoke was disgraceful. Wont be back here again, and definitely will tell others to not come here for exchanging. Heaps nicer ladies you can see elsewhere that actually enjoy helping people and happy to talk.

After being treated appalling by the ANZ it was refreshing to be able to get overseas currency at the Charlestown Travelex shop. Really helpful lady who gave great advice. A very competitive rate as well. Highly recommended. Thanks

Great Customer service. The lady was so helpful providing me information in regards to what are my best options are to take advantage of the great rates atm. Glad to see they are still operational during Covid. Highly recommend.

The staff at both Kotara ,( Kim I think) who didn't have the currency I was after and Charlestown, where I picked up the cash were great. The Kotara store chased around for me and had the cash held at Charlestown for me to collect the same day. I was having one of those days with my credit/debit cards and the lady at Charlestown was super patient and helpful

Lachlan at Charlestown was a great help in dealing me with 3 different currencies and two cards with no problems at all. He was so much better than the poor service l had on Thursday same spot. If Lachlan is there he is happy to help , nice service 10/10 Lachlan.

Make sure you count your cash twice, they like to try and pocket some at Charlestown.

Was given old currency in pound. Wasn’t aware till we arrived to London and shops wouldn’t accept it. Finally was able to exchange the old currency to new currency and was charged £5 to exchange £30. That’s a pretty significant cost considering the pound to AUD conversion is so poor.

Never again!!! Make appointment to pick up money and the staff don't turn up for work. This is a consistent problem for Kotara and Charlestown Travelex! I am highly disappointed with customer service as well, who could not care less about it. Then told to travel 45 mins to go get it yourself. What a disaster of a company! AVOID!
