Burrito Bar Browns Plains
Been here a few times, every time the food is always good but the customer service is where they fall short every time without fail. The girls working there have no interest in customer service and clearly do not take their job seriously. We are never greeted and are expected to know that when they are standing more computer that you should start your order. To add to that if the phone rings they stop speaking to you, answer the phone and walk away. Anyone who has worked in restaurants and hospitality know that the customer in front of your face is your priority. They are constantly passively rude and make you feel like your a nuisance even though it’s their job. The cherry on top was the charcoal bone on top of the ribs, why wouldn’t the chef take it off? Clearly you have no standards for yourself or your work ethic? He put it on top like it was presentation. Such a shame because the food is usually always good

The service is shocking. The place is manned by kids who don't have a clue. This is supposed to be a Margarita. It came after we finished our food. We are still waiting for another drink.The Chili Con Carne is very dry. It was basically nachos with some chilli in the middle. The rice came in a little Chinese container next to it. Tacos were average with zero salads on them.

$70 for 2 starters and 2 meals. Food is just microwaved. No fresh chicken wings. 2 tables broken and seats were wet. They charged surcharge on an Easter Saturday; last I checked, Easter Saturday is not a public holiday! And we're not told before ordering.The con carne on rice starter came out looking like mush on rice. Rice was hard and cold. Don't go!

Came here for the Sunday night half ribs special and Browns plains burrito bar had exceeded my expectations. Half Ribs, chips and Sol beer for $16. Ribs were amazing, charcoal, sweet and savoury. Get the BBQ spice sauce if you like some kick. 4 star rating because venue 3 Star, out the back not good scenery, food 4.5 star because of the Ribs!!! Try them!

Burrito Bar Browns Plains!!! I just ordered these wings from you today, they were dry with barely any BBQ sauce on them. I was very disappointed. These use to be the best wings in the area, not anymore. They were absolutely terrible!

Been meaning to try Burrito Bar for some time - normally a fan of GYG. Last night ordered a delivery - never again. After $70+ worth of food arrived in a bag about the size of my wife's cocktail purse we dug into a meal that showed disdain bordering on hatred for the customer. Cold Barbie sized burritos, jalapeno poppers - one short even if you count the dried up 2cm example that supposedly past the quality control, and fries - the 'large fries' pictured pretty much sums up the quality of this outfit. This was not a mistake - someone packed this order and let it leave the store wearing your branding.

Was going to go to Guzman's and I should have. SO disappointed in the overall look and size of the burrito bowl. I wouldn't even serve that in my home let or loan out of a business. Avo was brown and it actually looked like someone just threw up in the box. The only reason I am giving one star is because the young girl at the counter was lovely.

This little local gem is well worth the visit. The Mexican food & the ice-cream & desserts are delish. They have coronas & other beverages too.Great service & nice atmosphere for a reasonable priced casual meal out. Dinner deals on certain nights of the week too.

Burrito Bar Browns Plains
Waited an hour for food. The website doesn’t work half the time. The staff are untrained and looking around. Even the delivery drivers were angry about the sluggish orders. The kid size burrito is the same size as a regular burrito. Half my burrito was not even meat but wrap. Staff don’t even check the orders even when asked multiple times.
