Massage Philosophy

Just got a massage here, and it was fantastic! I did a bit too much headbanging and dancing last night (Damn Bohemian Rhapsody... every bloody time), and my neck was really feeling it this morning! I went for the 30 minute head neck and shoulder massage, and I feel completely rejuvenated! Well worth the cost! Highly recommended! Just get there early to book your spot, because they get booked up quickly! And I definitely understand why! Highly recommend!

Best massage place around,really professional and knowledgeable people work in there , every one is polite and they take care of you in every session of the massage.Tried first time as a gift from my partner, it fix all the pain and give me release in just a session, I’ve been here other 2 times before and today again and i just decided to leave them a review because they never been disappointed me.Highly suggest Nick as everyone inside there .Highly recommended to everyone.

I went there for a remedial massage. Found it hard to communicate with the masseuse. Would be good if they can speak better English.

Had troubled shoulder and explained to the massager about it. She found the right spot to relax my shoulder muscles. Was worth paying the amount.

Terrible experience. Paid over $119 for a 90 min foot massage. The young girl couldn’t be bothered, was distracted, fidgety, kept touching her mask, never asked if I wanted a firm massage or a particular areas worked on. Nice to know they keep their timer right in front of them. I would have done a better job doing it myself. My husband had a full body massage. The masseuse leaves the room, has a good laugh with another staff member like it’s some joke, then all four think it’s funny completely unaware that I’m watching them being extremely unprofessional and RUDE. Set your own timers people. This place is inexperienced and extremely unprofessional, all while they take top dollar. To the young girl that did my massage please tie your hair back so it’s not falling in front of your face and getting mixed up in my lotion and falling onto my feet, yuk. Good thing it’s not a food business. First time in my life I was counting the seconds till this massage was over. Miserable experience. Don’t come to work if you’re so miserable as it shows in the massage you give. You have let down the reputation of this business. lol

The worst massage in our life. Ended up with new pains and aches. The people who massage don't even bother asking if we are comfortable or not. Have been to plenty of massage places, never have had such a bad experience.

Terrible experience, Poor service. Please DO NOT go here, you will loose your money for nothing.My parter and I booked for 1 hour whole body massage. And the massager basically did back&butts massage. Spent almost an hour for that but nowhere else.Well, she did calf massage only for right side and then she did head massage straight away. (Seems the time was running out? )So, I asked her to do another calf massage. And she kept massaging the left calf massage until finish.. like she didn’t understand any single word that I asked for. Her communication skill is 0 out of 10.I didn’t get any arm&shoulder&head massage at all. even though I paid for whole body massage.We paid for $170 though. This isn’t fair.I complained to the receptionist and she said she will let the manager know. Eventually the manager called me today and saying they will give me 10% discount next time.There is no way we will visit this place ever again. Very disappointed.Please Do not go here if you want to get a proper good massage.

Don’t go!We paid $85 for my dad’s birthday for a massage voucher! we asked him to focus on back and his calves and adv that he has his knee replaced .Massage was done only on the back and no other body part was touched! Called and advised store about the situation,had to call 5-6times for a callback from the manager.Manager not helpful but just 20% off for next time.We adv parents are travelling back overseas and wont be back.Manager mentioned time is money for the therapist,we said how about $85 that we laid isnt that 3-4hrs of work? no reply and said cant fo anything.Highly disappointed when travlled from the city to Garden City for this.

A young man wearing a cap did my neck and shoulders massage this afternoon. It was great and loosened my neck up immensely. Great work!
