Austrapest

We have been using Austrapest for over 10 years. They were recommended to us by the pest control association and we haven't looked back. A bit more expensive than the dodgy companies but worth it for peace of mind.

I have used the services of AustraPest for many years and have always found them professional, thorough, friendly and their reports are very comprehensive. I can highly recommend them if you want the best pest service around.

I’ve been a client of AustraPest since 2014, and during this time I have found the team to be exceptional in their customer service, knowledge and professionalism. They have dealt with my pest issues by listening to my needs, providing solutions that are appropriate for the situation and budget, and no question I have had hasn’t been too difficult for them to address. Don't know about their service but I know their driving leaves a heck of a lot to be desired. I was cut off today by one of their vans (plate was AU 13 RS I believe, might be a number or two off) on Homebush Bay Drive and then watched as he drove at least 30km over the 90km/hr limit on the M4, weaving in and out of traffic until get off at Parramatta. This was all at around 1:30pm.But wait, it gets better; when I called their office to report this, the lady that answered the phone got angry at me because I didn't follow their proper procedure to report incidences of this kind (I guess this happens a lot, if they have a specific procedure for this!, lol).Somewhat unsurprisingly, I'm still waiting for a Manager to call me back - I'm not holding my breath. So, bottom line, I've never used their services and likely never will based on how the company conducts itself.

We were referred to Austrapest and contacted them for an inspection. After some too-ing and fro-ing we eventually arranged for an inspection at an agreed time. The technician arrived late and advised us that he then had to drive to another appointment after completing our inspection. To cut to the chase, we had to engage another group as he missed a number of critically important identifiers that left us vulnerable. I won't comment on their service as i feel that there needs to be some attempt at customer relation building for service to be considered a factor.
