Phil was very professional and thorough with his building and pest inspection report. He was able to explain things in terms that we would understand and we really are incredibly thankful for his report that picked up on defects that a previous inspection didn't.

Very happy with my building inspection received for a house I was purchasing , In the past I feel they have been more of a tick and flick exercise from previous inspectors. Phil answered any concerns I had and was happy to give me advice on what maintenance was necessary sooner rather than later and what areas to monitor over time. Highly recommend

We called Phil to do a building inspection on our home after noticing large settlement cracks in different areas of the home. Not only were we quick to get an appointment but the service that was provided was exceptional. Phil carried out a thorough inspection of each room of our home, interior & exterior roof and outdoor walls and roof panelling. He identified several cracks and issues that we didn't notice and advised us of an update to the Australian Standard that we otherwise wouldn't have known about.
