Wont allow a wife to see the doctor with her husband when he needs assistance and support physically and to ask questions and understand current and long term options for treatment on complex issues.Utterly ridiculous, personally intrusive and authoritarian control by the receptionist/doctors wife.Two people who live in the same house together cant be in the same room together with the doctor. How is that supporting medical needs or mental health of the patient. Surely the doctor poses a greater risk to the couple than vice versa. If it was a mother and child no problem so how is a married couple any different.Bitterly disappointing, frustrating and anger inducing. Especially so since it was my doctor for a long time too.Covid is no excuse for this kind of treatment.

Attended for a vaccination recently and can't fault. Staff were very kind and personable and made sure I was well before leaving. Lovely clinic.

Very rude staff, no help, wanted to a new doctor but definitely not going here with the way I was spoken to on the phone. 0 stars if possible.
