Command self defence has helped me get fit whilst learning how to protect myself. Micheal creates a fun environment whilst pushing me to get the most out of all sessions!

Command Self Defence
As I really struggle with team sports I still needed to keep active and have always had an interest in learning self defense so gave this a go. Michael was straight to the point and eager to get me into it straight away. I am always reserved when it comes to new things, but Michael made me feel comfortable and was happy to go at my pace until I got the hang of it. I am now 6 months in and loving it. I urge everyone to give it a go, and Command do a great job.
