Potion Putt

The staff is great. The atmosphere is awesome. The experience of the riddles is fantastic. The only thing is that some of the holes are made properly and there is a lack of netting around some of them. But you can definitely have a nice time there. And take dope pictures.

We were lucky to be given two tickets to come here for free, luckily because if I had to pay any money for this experience I would be extremely upset.So many of the holes were broken, with a couple that weren't even playable. The last hole was one of them, and my partner nearly got hurt when a part of the course shifted underneath his feet. Additionally, even if the holes were all working properly they were effectively all the same hole. Every one involved hitting the ball up a ramp to then fall into a tube and into the area with the hole (but in reality getting stuck inside). It all felt cheap and low effort.They did well with the atmosphere/decorations and the cocktails were nice, even though nearly half were unavailable. They also had curling which was included which ended up being the only enjoyable part, even though one of those broke on me too. The staff was very nice.We had an okay time, but would definitely not pay any money to come here.

I love the dragons out front- but the potion putt really only has a few holes these days. Was average previously but now it's pretty lame

The concept is great, but it honestly felt like a waste of time. Lots of broken holes, that required us to get our torches out to locate the ball and one hole had a ‘do not use’ sign. Felt very cheap, would not recommend. Better to go next door to the glow dark mini golf for a better experience.

Horrible experience, half the course was either broken or not functioning as it should.Asked to see a drinks menu, only to be told they didn't have one after promoting their vast array of cocktails online! The only positive was the packet of Zappo's on the way out.... don't waste your time enjoy one of the many other mini-golf options in the CBD!

Per the other reviews, if you are headed here for mini golf go elsewhere. Basically no challenge whatsoever, half the holes were broken or required some human intervention for the ball to go through a tunnel or similar. It's also really dark around the course and poorly designed/signed so we were often wondering where to start or where the next hole was.That being said the staff seemed nice and would be some cool photo ops for HP fans if it weren't so dark, didn't have any cocktails so can't comment on that.Like other reviewers I think the idea has a lot of merit and the bar/cocktails seem cool, but seems like all the money went into that and not the mini golf.

Got in for free as we went to a Hansel and Gretel experience that was next door (owned by the same business)There is definitely potential here but a shame that it appears there has been no TLC or upkeep of the place.A number of the holes didn't function properly and required human intervention to get the ball. The very last hole I believe was meant to have a rotating platform but it just wasn't working or was turned offI hear they're redoing the place to make it lego themed instead soon. Hopefully that one's better

Zero Stars. Holes were no challenge and were not very creative.It was a sad disappointing mini golf experience. It was a waste of $30.At least we solved the riddle and got snack size chocolates each.

Checked out the “Alice Through the Looking Glass” pop up bar experience located at Potion Putt. It is an interactive experience with the staff doubling as characters.. you get involved By Solving riddles to collect your “potions” and mix up your special drink. The room is decorated beautifully. Cocktails could be a touch stronger.. but considering there’s only a donut up for grabs food wise.. they may have JUST been strong enough. Worth checking out.. you need to book through Hidden.
