The 5 stars is basically for the lady who works in the kids shoes department. Really knows her stuff and is really helpful and great with kids(sorry I forgot her name)-1 star for the rest of the places customer service, takes forever to just pay for something at a counter with no queues, let alone a person ahead of you. Good range, nice myer

OK I love Myer but most items aren't priced which is so frustrating. There were a lot of staff about which is great but maybe instead of chatting with each other they could price the stock. Retail is detail!! Great range of Christmas stock. And fantastic reusable shopping bags with black and white photos of ye olde Myer.

Going back to my childhood, Myer always seemed like somewhere special to go shopping. It has lost its gloss in my view.Even so, you are a chance to pick up some good stuff on sale, many big name brands are on offer, the staff are friendly and helpful and the stock is well presented, making for a visually appealing store. There are toilets on levels 2 & 3 which is handy if you're desperate.Yes, it is more expensive in general (in a similar way to the long time opposition David Jones) and this means other stores will appeal more. Despite this it is worth a look around.

Super friendly and helpful staff most of the time! A good store layout!The store probably needs some security guards, because there seems to be more dodgy people attempting to steal things, since the train station was built next to this shopping centre.

Went in tonight to exchange a gift I received for my birthday and was helped by a really nice lady in homewares on the top level. I then went down to the beauty department and was browsing around for what to pick for about 10 minutes and then started getting followed by a staff member around the store. She made it very obvious that she thought I was a shoplifter as every other staff member started staring at me. She continued to follow me around and even made the security guard abruptly approach me to ask if I need help. I was not suspicious at all and it made me extremely uncomfortable, I then rushed my decision and choose something I wasn’t happy with because I felt so tense being there. I have never shoplifted in my entire life and I treated the staff with respect but I left feeling profiled and judged. Extremely unhappy with my experience, I understand the process with shoplifters but it should be more subtle between the staff and less confronting especially when I was walking around very normally like everyone else in the store. Will not be returning and I wouldn’t recommend it to any of my peers either.

Always friendly , helpful staff in the women's department . Although very busy , Wendy and Vicki went above and beyond to help and style me .

Went in to get my son a nice suit for his formal. Two gentlemen in the men's area were extremely helpful and provided multiple options for a specific jacket. The one dude who had blond hair with green spots in it was pretty damn good with his selection of wear. Would shop again. It's all about customer service..

Went looking for a dress for a wedding. So much selection and sales. Tried on 6 dresses which were all beautiful. Only took an hour to choose which one. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The worst buying experience I have ever had today. Wanted to purchase a pair of men’s boots - waited 15 mins for a sales associate, but none came. Went to counter to ask for help and was told by the person I asked that she didn’t work in that department so I needed to wait until someone came.After waiting again and being constantly told by those Myer employees who I asked for assistance that they couldn’t help, I walked out of the store and went to David Jones where I was given fabulous service and bought my boots there.In these tough days, I strongly suggest that you lift your game as it will be while before I return after being treated so shabbily.

Went to look at luggage tonight. Young sales assistant, Finn, helped me. His courteous nature and respectfulness was a lovely surprise. He gave great information and offered to check for different coloured stock in storage. He did not rush me, offered helpful advice and overall made me feel comfortable with my purchase.Myer should feel very proud of young employees like Finn. I haven’t felt so good about a commercial interaction in such a long time and will return to Myer because of this experience.
