Will not go there anymore. Poor services for both purchase and repair. One staff said this, the other the opposite.Had to pay the full service fee without anything done promised. Understand inability to repair something that does not turn on, but they could still do much easier job promised to be included in the service.Paying so much for nothing.They made some mistakes from first day that required extra trip back to the office again, but was never apologised by any of them.Recommend the repair shop from Portland who offered free service for simple fix.

After buying a dodgy third party battery for my iPhone 12 I looked online to find my nearest apple certified repair company and came across this business. I took my phone in for diagnostics to prove that I had a dodgy battery which was confirmed and had to go back 1 week later for the repair. The new battery has been fitted and everything with my phone has gone back to when I first bought it brand new. Friendly service and understanding employees 10/10 would recommend. If I have any problems with my apple products Grangeburn office and IT will 100% have my business.

they managed to do what apple support couldn't! I was able to unlock my son's disabled iPod with the help from Calvin in the service department. Something I haven't been able to do even with contacting apple support! I am so happy, finally we can access the device after 5 months without it (it's hard for us to visit an Apple store). Thanks guys, very happy 5 stars!
