Sarah & Vlad did my home staging with style. I got mega more than I expected on sale. So many expressions of interest & contracts exchanged within a week ............ Very impressed !I was in lock down in Sydney & organized the process with Sarah via video chat, phone, emails & text message. Her style, good communication & organization impressed me. She is helpful & a really nice person to have in your corner.She also sorted out the clearing of the villa for me, so that it was dressed empty & will be empty on settlement.She is flexible & willing to assist with other items – eg checking on the landscaper doing the yard. Her hourly rate for extra tasks is quite reasonable.I am extremely pleased I called her & that she helped me go ahead with a project that was sitting in my “to hard basket” for a while.
