My Heavenly Silks

Purchased a Winter Silk Doona from this supplier 18 months ago. I wanted an especially warm doona and heard a silk doona would suit my needs perfectly.On using the doona I discovered it was nowhere near as warm as I expected so I decided to weigh it as the website indicated the weight of both the winter and summer doonas.Once on the scales, the scales indicated the doona weight corresponded to that of the summer doona. The summer doona was approximately $50 cheaper than the winter doona.Unfortunately, it appears the doona had been intentionally or unintentionally labelled incorrectly. I attempted to contact this seller through the website and messaging through his mobile phone, to no avail.When you’re spending approximately $250 on a product, you’d expect better service. Considered going to the ACCC but didn’t bother. Buyer beware.
