Alter It The Glen

Had my gown altered. She has a good customer service skills but her work is so bad. Very expensive and not worth it. After two weeks, still she didnt get the gown right. Also, i had it pressed or ironed and it is still wrinkled. Waste of time and money.

Worst ever! Worst tailoring ever! Worst quality! Ruined my new suits! They cut the line in a weird way and totally destroyed the original comfy designs, and they’re from nice brand, they charged a lot but didn’t do same value works! I will need to buy new suits cuz what they did!!!! Just speechless! Worst of worst!

I came in with a very unreasonable request. To downsize a whole suit by at least 3-4 sizes and then some… as it was the only sizes available in a specific design and I needed it as a groomsman. To make matters worse, I needed it within a really tight time frame. In short, I looked like a child trying to fit his dad’s suit.Queenie took on the challenge with a laugh and made such light work of my mess. Without hesitation, she ran through the measurements, kept up with communication throughout the process and came back to me with an amazing suit that fitted me to a T before seeing my satisfaction off with a smile. Mind you, this was amongst all the other orders she was inundated with during a post-lockdown Christmas rush.Thank you Queenie,you saved me from a huge disaster-to-be

I had them resize a mens size medium shirt to a small size, altering multiple dimensions. Could not be happier with the finished result, they really did an amazing job. Will be back in the future.

Sandy has great customer service and a real talent for tailoring! She was able to fix up my daughter's dress last minute. My daughter was very happy with the end results! I would reccommend to anyone.

Great friendly service, quick turn around. And great outcome! I had torn the knee on my nice jeans. Big L shaped tear about 2-3cm on each side. The team did a batch repair that is almost invisible if you’re not looking for it! See before and after photos (same pants, just sun vs inside at night)

Went in today at around 330pm, asked them to alter a shirt from pretty much a XL to a S, the worker knew what she was doing as she had me try it on initially, the quality of the finished product was good but my personal opinion, 80 dollars was a bit much, she didn't even quote me beforehand but maybe I should have asked. Turn around time was good, she had it done by 430pm.

Quality and turn around time for my clothes weren't too bad, but the price was very steep for what I got. Worth a look if you can't find a cheaper alternative.

DO NOT COME HERE for anything that's more than doing hem.I had a little hole (approximately 0.5mm) on my puffer sleeve. Since I need to dry clean my puffer anyways so I came here to ask to have the hole stitched up.Never have I been so angry - the little hole became a stitch that was 1.5 inches long. I was promised that the stitch would be almost invisible. The lady kept on saying it needs to be done this way, when I know it wasn't. I asked her to undo it on the spot and found out she had done some work from the inner lining of my pocket.So instead of getting a nicely cleaned puffer, I have a puffer pocket with feathers. No apologies, no refund.
