ARC Projects was employed to complete building repairs at my home as a result of the February flooding earlier his year.Shane, the project manager was amazing - he coordinated all the subcontractors to complete their tasks on time, was regularly in contact and very approachable. Thanks ARC - we are extremely happy with our renovations/ repairs.

Total professionalism! Their contractors arrived on time every time they were supposed too. They called often to ensure I was happy with the work being done and responded immediately to any concerns. The project coordinator could not have done a better more professional job. I strongly recommend ARC and would work with them again in a flash.

The project manager has demonstrated professionalism through out the repairs, the coordination of tradesman has been excellent. All the tradesman were proficient in their skills. They were respectful and very tidy. I would definitely use ARC as my first choice in the future should I need further work undertaken in my home. Thank you.

Quality from the time we were first contacted by ARC to the follow up after the repairs were completed. The subcontractor was very polite and a true trades person who took pride in his work. The work area was left in a clean and tidy condition during and after completion.Due to the fact that it was an insurance claim, I am unable to advise if it was good value.

ARC were sent by Suncorp in relation to an insurance claim for some ceiling repairs. Everyone we dealt with from the Admin/Customer Service team, the plasterer and the painter were all super friendly, professional and efficient. Any issues encountered were quickly resolved.

Rainforest Springbrook Needed tree damage roof repair and leaking into kitchen.Absolutely fabulous.110% work from all trades.Roofers, scaffolders, truck/crane drivers, plasterers, painters, electricians etc all excellent work.Stewart our foreman outstanding in pulling it all together through the rainy season. After being flooded out of our home, ARC completed the repairs to our home. Our project manager, Ben was friendly, very sensitive and attentive to our specific needs (as I live in a wheelchair) and exceptional in communicating and negotiating timeframes and keeping us informed with the repair progress. His honesty and dedication to us as clients was exceptional particularly in ensuring everything was checked and functional for our return making several visits back answering out every query and request. He is to be commended for his professionalism, diligence and approachability. We were very pleased with the standard of work repairs to our home and the individual tradespeople we encountered. We would recommend ARC to anyone in need of home repairs and are most grateful to everyone who contributed to our goal of returning home.

We got flooded in February 2022, ARC did all the repairs. They were very thorough in there work and there tradies did exceptional workmanship, the two supervisors Stewart & Milan that looked after the job were great.Would definitely highly recommend this company to everyone.
