Not so good for fishing but good for sight seeing with Gloucester island backdropping the lighthouse it's a good place for an afternoon picknick but make sure you wear reef shoes as most of the rocks have oysters.

Perfect for sitting down having fish n chips or having a fish, wear appropriate footwear heaps of rocks covered in oysters, got a nice flathead there yesterday which was released :)
