Regan Peugeot Citroën - Service Centre

On arrival I was offered a courtesy car which I was happy to accept.Had car serviced and new battery installed. Very happy with the service and drove away with lovely clean car inside and out!

Firstly my name is Chisanga...it's written right there so I'm not sure how you got that wrong but it's an accurate summation of my experience with your business.If the price increase was adequately explained to me it wouldn't be an issue, but it wasn't mentioned until just after I dropped the car off. It should've been flagged when I booked. If the service was done properly though, I wouldn't have minded this.The greater issue is that my car window (which worked perfectly prior to the service) was broken when I picked it up from the service. When I picked it up, an issue with the window was mentioned casually (if there was a problem why wasn't it fixed?) but two days after I left the dealership the window stopped working altogether while wound down. As it was on the weekend and the dealership was closed I called roadside assist who advised a bolt was loose and the window was off its bracket. The window had to be taped up with plastic bags to keep the car dry over a rainy weekend.When I brought the car back in on Monday, the window was put back up but not fixed...I was asked to pay $600 for a new window. The window worked perfectly prior to my bringing the car into the dealership, I suspect it was poorly handled by your staff and now needs replacing despite functioning perfectly prior to being dropped off at your dealership.

I have taken my car in for every service at this mechanic since I bought it from the dealer almost 9 years ago.They were always a little expensive but I figured it was worth it since they're the Peugeot mechanic, and should know what they're doing with my car.Around 3-4 years ago, my car's top up engine oil light kept coming on with increasing frequency until it was daily.I took it back to them straight away to have a look at and I was told that there's nothing wrong with it, no leaks, maybe the oil was just low, so they topped it up. Over the next 3-4 years, I have taken it back to them around 8 times for this exact issue because the light kept coming on and I had a feeling something was wrong. Every single time, without fail, I was told nothing is wrong with the car

The team there is extremely professional and reliable. Mark in particular is someone who offers brilliant advice and customer service. I had my car breakdown unexpectedly and he had me sorted out the same day; and remembered me and my car’s history - not an easy thing considering how many customers they must see every week.Definitely the best car service I have ever experienced

Regan Peugeot corrected a myriad of faults, which have plagued this vehicle since it was serviced by another Peugeot affiliated company. They listened to me, and identified the computer communication errors, which 2 other Melbourne dealers I'd taken it too failed to do. But were quite happy politely to fob my concerns off.Tony's staff were brilliant.I highly recommend them to anyone.Peugeot Australia, shoud look to Regan's example to lift your customer service game.

This was my first time having my car repaired here and my experience overall was disappointing.The coolant pipe on the underside of the engine had a leak which required a repair/replacement pipe, as my engine was overheating from short drives. I will preface this review by saying that I appreciate it is a difficult area of the car to get access to in terms of labour and time.The team at Regan informed me that the part needed was not available in Australia and directed me to order the part online from AliExpress. They provided me the part number and left me to arrange ordering the part and having it delivered.Subsequently, half way through the repair, Regan called me to say that the pipe didn’t fit the space on the engine and that they instead simply patched up the existing pipe. For this service I was charged the same quoted fee by Regan despite not having a new pipe installed.I am disappointed with this outcome as I’ve had to pay the same amount without getting the peace of mind of having a new pipe installed (based on the age of the current pipe, I won’t be surprised if it develops another leak in the near future). Despite following Regan’s instructions to purchase this exact model of pipe, it did not fit. This, combined with a patchwork repair with no change in price felt like a very unsatisfactory service.Although the staff were pleasant and easy enough to communicate with, I don’t feel confident that I received good value for money. I will be looking elsewhere next time.

Great service and the most knowledgeable in the business. Before going to Regan Motors, the first mechanic that had a look at our car misdiagnosed the issue and didn't want to help out. We then contacted Regan Motors who fit us into their busy schedule, identified the root cause, offered a few options and got us back on the road.
