Star Car Wash - Westfield Tea Tree Plaza

I've not had issues previously but since my recent visit I will not be using them again..(Wagon)Firstly I asked for an interior clean and got quoted $80 as I had dog hair in the boot.. since it was so high I went for the outside aswell for a total of $110 altogether ...After 3 hours I went and collected it...While driving the sun hit the windows and I was then able to see that the cloths used were dirty.. every window had smears..When I was able to stop again I found that:- every window smeared.- dirty water marks on exterior.- boot windows not touched on the inside.- rear bumper not cleaned properly.- roof racks (closest to sides of the car) not cleaned(I'd understand the hard to reach sections but these sections were easy to reach)I called them and informed them I'd need it re done as it was not adequate.. I live 45mimutes away and wouldn't be back that way until the following Wednesday.. I was told it HAD to be brought back the next day and if I didn't then they would give me $20 off the next time... (like I would come back?!)I ended up giving in and taking it back the next day.. the guy was nice enough but this meant i had to take my 1 year old out do all this driving and wasting time at the shops when i didnt need anything...Poor quality and poor customer service.

I took my WRX to TTP Star for interior detailing and got a good result for my time and cost.I was able to get my car in and out efficiently and felt happy about my car being brought back to near new. Thankyou :)

Advertised prices aren’t what they are doing them for - they advertised $80 for 4wd interior and basic exterior- my vehicle wasn’t that dirty and they wanted $150…. Don’t advertise pricing if you won’t honour it!

I had my car in and the service was amazing! Easy to talk to, Easy to book, and worth the amount I paid! Got the full detail and OMG SOO WORTH IT! ⭐️

Amazing service, they took my car in straight away. The outside of my car looked amazing and I noticed a big difference of the inside too. Took an hour to clean it fully. I had a question about the charge and they answered it straight away and all good.

I took my car in at a moments notice. They washed and vacuumed. It has been driven to the flinders and was very dusty.I was quite happy with the job. They were kind and courteous. I would use them again if I’m ever up that way again.

5 star serviceI got the premium car wash and deep vacuum and couldn't fault the cleanliness of my car! They made my 7yo car look brand new! I'm keen to get a full detail done here soon. Highly recommend.

I paid $80 dollars and I just sent the car for washing because I had a road trip and was full of bugs in the front, and guess what? They didn’t remove it all, the front was still dirty, when questioned they said the bugs sometimes don’t come out, interior was also very poor. Don’t recommend at all

I was very disappointed with the quality of work today. I have used Star Car Wash many times with multiple vehicles over the last couple of years. It was busy today and we had to wait for more than 2 hours but it looks like the team rushed the job. I paid $150 for a full clean inside and out and feel like my 9 and 6 year old could have done similar job. There were areas that did not get cleaned, the final finish on car looked like the chamois was dirty, the vinyl protectant was not applied very well and spots on interior that were not cleaned. Simply not good enough for $150 car wash. We had two young kids that wanted to go home so I did not have the time to go back and take this up with the operator. I won't be going back again.

I strongly advise against using this car wash service. If your car is dirty, it would be better to clean it yourself rather than entrusting it to these individuals.I had a very negative experience with them. Not only did they fail to properly clean my car, but they also caused damage to it and refused to take responsibility for fixing it.
